Yamaha V-Ixion

Yamaha V-Ixion is a brand of motorcycle sport type produced by Yamaha Motor Indonesia. This motorcycle was launched in 2007. Yamaha V-Ixion is the first motorcycle produced by Yamaha Motor Company by using fuel injection system technology.

This motorcycle competes in the class of 150 cc motor sport to compensate competitors from other manufacturers.

In the construction of the engine, Yamaha V-Ixion is a development of Yamaha Jupiter MX and derived version of Yamaha Scorpio Z. Still carrying the configuration of 4 valves with camshaft / single noken, cylinder volume 149.8 cc and fuel injection system. The use of fuel injections will increase engine power when compared to carburetor usage as it can control the ratio of fuel and air mixing more accurately, both in proportion and uniformity.
