Snow PhotoShare 19/12/2022
Photography or a image I feel often captures those treasured moments in ones life but I also find that just like the act of writing our collective pictures can also be an art-form. The beauty and meaning of photograph can be expressed and shared in many ways including "by not using any words".
While I do like photography I used to share images when I could that I captured day to day events, the feedback was mostly positive and I continued sharing these "Ulog type" photos.
Almost every picture as a story to tell, or at least that is what I have often been told by some of my regular followers when I first started sharing photos on here.
To those who have often said and expressed that to me I would have to agree with them.
Today 19/12/2022 I share this capture.

I recently had my father down visiting us I thought this would of caused me to not be around enough and was expecting perhaps on some days to not post or have delays on winners. However this as not been a problem as many of the original plans had to be cancelled due to the snow and the cold.
I believe my father decided to bolt out of here and on to a plane as fast as possible on the day of return because he was not doing too well with all the cold and snow.
When I got up this morning I thought it was still the very early morning or something because it was still very dark and so with it being so dark I expected rain.
We already had rain during the night and it's also began raining this morning, surprisingly it got a tiny bit lighter but I assume it's going to be a very gloomy day.
But I was wrong later in the afternoon the sun made it's appearance brightening it up for about 3 hours.
I think with all this rain it will clear away the snow, as I look out of the window I couldn't see a single bit of snow not even any of the slush which I would still expect to find but it think that might be of also cleared.
I went to sleep a little later last night but still got good sleep, actually this was the first morning since my father arrived that I got up and didn't feel tired.
I did sleep in a bit longer but since I didn't have work this was not a problem, however my throat this feels a somewhat irritated which I'm hoping will pass with some more rest or at least not get worse.
I thought I was getting sick again as yesterday after work I started to feel a bit rough again but at the moment I feel better.
Like I said no work today but will be meeting later with friends, properly for the first time since my father was here, well that might depend on whether or not it will be raining a ton later.
There was a few things I needed to do in the morning one was definitely to look into what I was missing for presents. With my father being here it completely messed up my opportunities to sort that out.
He really did visit not at the right time, not just for just me but also himself, but some people are just too stubborn to listen.
So looking through what I got I'm now in a bit of a panic as it looks like I got a little more missing than I thought and it's almost Christmas.
Finding the time to sort this out now before Christmas and between work is going to be tough, I have a day in mind but I must know exactly what I got and need.
Going out to be meet friends after they finished work I no longer needed to be careful of slipping on my ass because all the ice had melted away with the rain, nor was there any slush.
My friend found a short-cut from work and so was able to meet me sooner, we had a good time hanging out and then I left for home.
From what I could hear outside it was horrible but that's not what I got, instead it was a calm, quiet, not even really that cold night.
In-fact it was much colder earlier, I also think it was probably colder inside then what it was out but honestly I can say it was a pleasant night.
Picture
Anyway as for the picture I share today it's one I took after having walked around the the neighbouring roads and decided to make my way to the field to see what it was like covered in snow.
This image is the result of what I saw, your feet would easily sink in but if you stay above the fielding the snow would make it relatively easy to walk on.
However if you try to walk on the actual ground and not the fielding your in for a tought time as the snow makes it all heavier. You can see a few greens trying to stay above the sea of snow but still I like this image of the untouched field, going down this way made for a nice walk.

Hi @simonjay; I've never had the opportunity to see snow; it must be mind-blowing good from a certain point of view as I imagine open moments when they can't get out.
