Photography or a single image I feel often captures those treasured moments in ones life, there is nothing quite like looking back and reflecting good or bad. But I also find that just like the act of writing our collective pictures can also be a art-form. The beauty and meaning of a photo can be expressed and shared in many ways including not even using a single word but instead just seeing what it makes you feel.

While I do enjoy photography I used to share those "everyday" type images that captures just those typical day to day activities, the feedback was mostly positive and so I continued sharing these "Ulog type" photos on Steemit.

Almost every picture as a story to tell right? Or at least that is what I was often been told by some of my followers when I first started sharing photos on here, and I would have to agree with them.

I went to sleep under the usual late hour last night, this happened because of recently having the early morning work shifts and so I'm trying to adapt to this routine. Falling asleep was not a problem, I was so tired from the shift I had in the morning and from seeing friends later, which doing this completely messed-up my routine. But I was ready for that to happen and prepared, unfortunately the visit also gave strength to the flu trying to surface, in particular to no surprise my throat was much worse. The weather this morning was relatively dark, the sky was mostly cloudy, it was slightly foggy which I didn't expect, it was cold straight from getting out of bed. The heating as been on more lately and so meaning I'm just seeing the money burning itself away. I woke-up 2 hours to my scheduled alarm, this was kind of what I wanted because it shows my body is getting used to the earlier routine. Our cat alarm clock did not spent the night here, and so giving me the chance to sleep. Before the early morning shifts I have been resting a lot past the alarm lately, not only because of the cold but I want to make sure I get the rest needed, which I believe as been helping me. This morning was not a problem to get out of bed, it very much like I wanted to get started 2 hours earlier, which would be close to the time I have been waking up for work. With a late start I was glad I didn't have work to be in for today, more so I could rest, which means that this was a good opportunity to get on with some chores and other things. There was no plans to meet with friends because I already done that yesterday and think it will be best to meet them on the day before I'm off rather than on my actual day off only, because to arrive home late that night only to suffer the following day, no thank you! I still need to continue tweaking my schedule because I'm not getting the correct amount of sleep I need, but I think that might just be getting down to not exiting the meetings online with friends on time. I wanted to get some more Steem but it's been difficult not only having paid some bills lately but also trying to find the opportunity to make the trade a reality, today I will be pushing again to try and make it happen. With some frustration trying to catch a trader it did finally happen and amazingly the trader apologized for it. So I went to meet with friends online and half showed up which is good because I was looking forward to going further. This was great because I can now see all the things I need to sort out in hopes of clearing out more space. I want to try and get one of those small work-outs done but had no chance of that if I wanted to get the rest needed to keep the continued flu trying to take over at bay. After I went for dinner, I checked-in with my father, and lastly I started to prepare to settle in for the night. Steem is going up and down, unfortunately mostly staying near the dreaded "middle" value which I mostly expected, this makes progress on Steemit more difficult. The TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. This was part of the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards. But I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. You can recover any funds by creating a new tron account with TronLink and then adding the Steem generated TRX account to that newly created account. Regardless I still think we should of kept the TRX wallet functional. If you agree on keeping the TRXwallet you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Today's Picture

As for the picture today I share some flower photography, quick disclaimer I understand that this type of photography on Steemit has a bit of a bad reputation. This is because it was often used by spammers to make like 8 posts each day.
Hopefully as you can see from my blog I'm nowhere near making 8 or more posts per day on the topic of flower imagery.

This was captured on a day after I just finished work, I had already been home got changed and left again to meet with a friend at my closest green spot. There are some small hills in the area and this particular photo was captured near the top, there are some large bushes surrounding parts of the hills. It's near these bushes where I spotted these flowers, they were close to some grass.

Even with all the greenery in the area this beautiful flower caught my attention, might be a little more difficult to see why in this black and white picture but surely this particular close-up up beauty shot doesn't need me to explain why it did.

Ignoring completely what I call the cone the flower itself caught my attention because of it's purple like colour reaching out between the white, it's very artistic almost like it's been placed there and delicately water painted to attract attention.

It's a little more difficult to notice here we can notice that this is a hairy flower. Not only is the stem looking hairy but so are it's leaves, perhaps this is to protect it from certain insects and predators, it might also help us to try and identify it.

There was a moment when I initially thought these may have been the purple flowers from a previous post where I mentioned I couldn't find any open ones, but I don't believe these are in any way related.

I also noticed the nearby leaf's, it seems the local snails aren't too keen on them, only taking very small bites and moving on again.
