The Scenic Route--A Day on the Yangtze River Delta

Greetings fellow shutter bugs!

Today I want to share with you some pictures from my lovely day on the delta. You can take the metro east of Shanghai proper and reach the coast where the Yangtze River empties into the East China Sea. The area is littered with parks, monuments, and pleasant views.

While I love to go on far-flung adventures to capture exposures, some of the best experiences are often right in your backyard, so I make a point to explore my immediate surroundings as well.

Below, you will see markets, parks, people, and the sea. Hope this motivates some of you to go out and shoot somewhere nearby and beautiful. Let me know what you think!
