Looks, well, European. Who built it?
It was designed by a Japanese architect, I read from Wikipedia that the building is often rumored to be fashioned after Amsterdam Centraal railway station in the Netherlands ;)
That was my first thought 8-). But I couldn't explain to myself why they would want a European style station.
Ah, we've entered a photo from Tokyo to this contest just minutes apart from each other! What a coincidence!
