PIMENTÓN
¡Delicioso vegetal!
El Pimentón es rico en vitaminas A y C. En la naturaleza se presenta de diversos colores (verdes, amarillos y rojos) y sabores (picantes, dulces y agridulces); el que les traigo hoy es mi favorito (color verde con toque picante). Ummm...¡Qué rico!
Es comúnmente utilizado para guisos, sopas, dip, salsas, entre muchos. Mi preferido como: Plato de entrada, pimentones rellenos al horno y como pasabocas, a la Juliana.
En fin, cualquiera que sea su preferencia es un delicioso vegetal para consumir hasta al natural y lo mejor es que este ejemplar es cosechado en mi jardín.
¡Es más saludable consumir alimentos que productos!
