Step:

Matters needing attention:
1: Be sure to remove the cuticles and seeds of the pumpkin;
2: The time of steaming the pumpkin can be determined according to the actual situation, the purpose is to make the pumpkin steamed;
3: After putting white sugar and glutinous rice flour in the pumpkin, be sure to repeatedly fold into the shape of the dough by hand, please refer to step 3;
4: The fried pumpkin cake must drain the vegetable oil, which is good for health;
