Balot is my favorite very good taste for me. If they have spicy sauce vinegar. balut is native delicacy in cebu /Philippines.They have lots of street vendor when you roaming at night. Balut give high calcium and protein. When you eat balut you want a sprinkle salt and put vinegar sauce.. So yummy.
