Yes the app really encourages you to get out and do something. It's almost addictive! We've been using it about a month and it's really made a difference.

I am glad you are enjoying it too. It is quite addictive yes I agree. A daily walk is such a good thing to get into though, doctors actuallyprescribe it here in Spain for diabetes sufferers f which there are sadly far too many and you often see groups of women taking a brisk hour of exercise through the countryside of an afternoon. I must tell them how they can get paid to do so 😂🦋🌈🌴💛🍀
