For a thousand years the mighty redwood grew
into a majestic beauty ,surviving earthquakes,fires,and drought.
Outlasted only by the mountains on which it lived.
A thousand yearsuntouched.A thousand years unconquered.
He was wearing black, came to the forest .. It was solid and strong !
I chose me.He took his hand to my body.
He took his ax and started kicking me.
"How long ta trap it?"shouted the foreman.
"couple hours tops,"spat the burly logger.
"Let's get it over with."

Well, what to write. The first and last photo are great. Those in the middle and the text made me feel depressed. Anyway, great post. Hope it will make people think about nature, planet and our future before it's too late.

The depressing part of human kind is we are slowly and steadily bringing out own demise. We are now so used to the luxuries provided by nature, we have taken it for granted and it it has now become a huge problem for us. Breathing fresh air will be a huge issue for the next generation :(
