Visual documentary: Budapest, Hungary (1)
If there is one city in this world I adore probably more than the others it is Budapest the capital of Hungary. They have a beautiful country, great wine and temperament people. And also a language that most people won't ever understand. Actually I find the language interesting and started learning it a year ago. So far so good. I can handle a basic conversation, but to be completely honest, when I firstly had to repeat some words during the lesson I wasn't far from laughing. So what is that great thing about Budapest? It is a majestic city with different types of architecture, tons of street art and a city of wide boulevards. As it was a part of a monarchy during the austria-hungary era it is logical that the city saved a bit of it's pomposity. Every part of this documentary will be containing pictures from my visits of budapest. So here is a few pictures from Budapest:
Photo: Budapest streets really have the light just right for shadowy street photography
Photo: The city is living with urban feeling
Photo: The architecture is something I really love about budapest. Every part and every building is different and on some of them you can even spot some bullet marks from hungarian revolution from 1956 (not on this particular one)
Photo: This is a place that I tend to visit at least once every time I'm in Budapest. Karaván is a great place when you are feeling hungry and you aren't really decided what do you want to eat. This street food market has a lot to offer.
