Hi enjoywithtroy I agree it is a nice looking flower/plant. How do you like hard fork 19. It does complicate things don't you think? Going from 40 votes a day to just 10 is frustrating. I was upvoting about 30 regulars so I have a frustrating dilemma to face.
I agree I used to hand upvotes out like candy and now they want us to use them more sparingly. I do not like this as well either because it is harder to develop relationships with your followers. All I can think of is that it is being used to up the quality of the content. However I did not think the content needed upping. I do not know. Am still learning but miss upVoting everything. SAD FACE. I have a couple of new posts out there on hapiness and how the world views America two new posts. I have yet to understand the alga rhythms of what make a post better or worse. I have seen some posts with little substance make big bucks while others with though fall. It could do with reputation or followers I wish I understood more. I think it depends on who spots your post. I doubt if an alga rhythm can predict good content. It could just be random. When putting out 2 similar photos - 1 with a bit of text and 1 without any - often the one with only the photograph earns more. I wouldn't spend hours on every post as it is not worth it. To get to the top you probably have to be part of a select group or very lucky to get spotted by a powerful upvoter. Doesn't mean that you shouldn't put a lot of effort into some of your posts. Maybe some bloggers know how to attract the top bloggers as followers. I think the idea is to just enjoy it and things will slowly improve. For now keep it simple.

I think people are confused but accept that one just has to adapt. Nobody likes to stop voting for their regulars. Otherwise they are very understanding as far as I can see. It will take time for the dust to settle.
