30 Days Challenge - Photos of Valencia - Day 16 - Respect for nature
Finally this morning we saw glimpses of the blue sky and we had a few moments when the sun was visible. After so many days of grey skies and rain it was so refreshing to take a walk in the park.
I started taking pics of trees, bridges and whatever caught my eye.
Today I just want to share this:
I've crossed under this bridge a couple of times already but only today I realised that there are holes in it to allow the palm trees to continue growing. It would have been probably easier to cut them, but no, they worked with the trees in mind, not against them.
I'm so happy when I see these gestures that show respect for trees, for mother nature.
Here's a closer look at one of the crossing palm trees that's now a part of The Bridge of Flowers, that's its name.
