Pacific Coast Highway - California
On top of my things to do in California.. the beauty of the Pacific Coast Highway is tough to put in words.
The vastness of the Pacific was so surreal.
To quote Andy Dufresne in Shawshank Redemption : "You know what the Mexicans say about the Pacific?
They say it has no memory. That's where I want to live the rest of my life. A warm place with no memory."
Big Sur, Monterey, Pt Lobos, Julia Pfeiffer park. While the Pacific may not have any memory, I certainly can't stop thinking of all those beautiful places we visited on the road trip.
That second photo is the best!
I really need to get out and explore the US a lot more. We've been here for 2 years but we keep spending our cash and leave going back to Australia for stuff. 2018 will be the year of American Adventures dagnammit!

What part of the US are you in?
We spent a lot of money last summer to move around through a good portion of the country. The pacific coast highway was one of the highlights of our trip.
Really hoping the benefits from steem can help you plan a major US trip in addition to your trips back home.
We're in Portland, Oregon, which is incredibly beautiful and there is a lot around us to see. We've been to the coast and to Bend which were both amazing, but yes, I really do hope Steem can help me generate a bit more spending money... we just have way more things we want to do than the money we earn allows....
