Great Photos, I am trying too to catch the milky way in my photos with nikon d3300, I can get the stars and moon, but not the milky way yet. Probably I need a better camera or lenses. Maybe next time you add the settings too, how long was the exposure, what F settings did you use to help other photographers :)
My fault that I forgot to add exposure. I can tell you here. I used my Canon 600D for all of these photos and some old M42 lenses, for Milky Way I used Revuenon 35mm 2.8 where I took panorama of 6 photo and stitched them together in Lightroom. You have better camera than me, you can make great photos with it. :)
Thank you, I need to get outside the city and try it, in the city I can barely see the stars :D
