Dreaming of my ninth life

Do we face the mirror each day asking who we are-or asking who we were? Do we recognize the one we long to become-does it stare us back asking to be allowed to come forth? Or is it only the darkness of lost time and dimming dreams that comes to taunt us-locking eyes and daring to not back down?

Who do we become when even we
are not looking?

Short, but meaningful. I avoid looking into mirrors because I hate to see who I have become, what I let myself become while I wasn't looking. I struggle everyday trying to figure out who I want to be and who to get there.

I couldn't agree more with how you feel. "What I let myself become while I wasn't looking"-beautiful statement. I know you're probably not giving yourself the credit you deserve for how far you've come on your journey. Thank you for your wisdom :)

good question. It's funny how the dream disappears. Or is it a dream? I wonder when we get older if it's someone that we became when we weren't looking or the "me" that's always been there and just pushed it's way out. xoxo Love the thought provocation :) xoxo
