I had a little break, but more about this below.

I had a little break from posting, about a week without any acvtivity, but finally found some time to go back to my fav series Travel Norway few days ago.
This short brake was an effect of my hardware upgrades. I finally decided to switch my old laptop on something much more powerful.
I had really enough of working with Lightroom and Photoshop on the machine which cannot give me full satisfaction of the work flow, where I had to wait like 5 minutes sometimes for stitching panoramic shots, to export bigger files and to switch from LR to PS.
When I work with my photos I like to listen to the music or having some programs running in background, in the same time I like to have my browsers open with many pages active. This is how I work and I didn't want to change it because of poor configuration of my laptop.
Other thing was - rendering movies - to render a movie I had to switch to my other "stationary" machine which normaly I am using for playing games. So I had to instal the softwere there, copy files every time, and it didn't work well anyway because is also have like 6 years now and only thing I upgrade there was graphic card. Good for the games, but not necessary for working and editing movies.

Anyway...
I decided to put my two old machines in one - and I bought myself typical "gaming" laptop.
Very strong machine which will allow me to work easily with big files, rendering movies as well as playing games without switching the computers.
My old laptop goes to my wife , because hers was like an antique ;) and I will sell my stationary machine, because it is still strong enough to hold and run most of the games with highest settings.
Now - I am so happy that I have done this.
This beast is maybe quite loud when working in a high speed, but - it is a huge step forward in my work flow.
Every action runs in a blink of an eye.
I don't want to write a lot about specifications of it but one thing is amazing - Hard Drive working on PCI Express switch! This is crazy fast and really speeds up all the work. For those of You who don't know what is PCI Express - is a switch normally used for graphic card because it has the fastest data transfer speed in the whole machine. So it can write and read all the data extremely fast.
One more shot maybe from the cold north?

So these changes took me a lot of time to organize, copying old files, installing all the software, configurations, I also prepared the old laptop for my wife... plus working on the new offer of my workshops in Lofoten, working a lot with photo material from latest workshops... and thats how it was.
But now I am back and I have a great idea to work on!
Expect more details tomorrow, I need to give myself little more time to think about details, it is still fresh idea, but I hope You will like this idea, this project - and also will take part of it! So , stay tuned!!

PostScriptum
As I said some time ago, I bought some STEEM spending my last BitCoins and I was watching the sitiuation on the market. Finally I decided not to sell them back but instead - Power Up my account, so I put 600 STEEM to my SP - I hope my Curation voice will be little more effective now.
Maybe not a very big thing but for me - quite a big :).

5 minutes for stitching a panorama. That would have been horrible XD. It takes around 10-15 sec for me. Congratz on a new machine, makes your life way easier.
Yes, much easier, and faster :). I had dillema about this investition - I was also thinking about investing in newer model of my Canon 6D - Canon 6D mark II - but, my old one still working well so it goes into other upgrade, and I am really happy with this choice. Thanks for comment!
Slow PC is no way to live, absolutely better choice! I have thought about upgrading my camera body to full frame but naah. I use Nikon D5600 crop sensor one. I actually like it makes my Tamron 200mm telephoto lens into 300mm. This is still a really good crop sensor body and only 2 years old model so I think I better go on a vacation or something :D
Sure thing, if You don't feel presure to switch to FF camera, just use the money to see some world and travel! I can say that switching to FF is a big thing but totally understand that there is no big stress about it if You are happy with Your camera. Traveling is always a great way to spend some savings!
