You have to know to stop in life

good morning. Congratulations to all the participants of the convocation. Students, at the moment, you are going to take a degree in mass communication and journalism in a world where everything is in contact. The people of the whole world are now constantly communicating with one another, ignoring the local boundaries, time difference, economic position-everything. The concept of communication has changed radically through computer, text message, various apps, games and social media. He and the radio, through any other side of the room from the side of the other side of the world we can now communicate 24 hours a day. It has now become a part of our life. Contacting you is important as breathing.

You are now going to enter the workplace. You must see the dream of changing the medium of communication between your work. But this is actually a contest. You have to prove that you are the first and the new You are the next person who can change the world. It is thrilling and very scary.

I remember my convocation day at Georgetown University. I was very worried that day; Because I applied for a job in a TV channel, but I could not get any response from them. Everyone was asking me that day, what would I do after graduation? Where do I work? I felt very sad for myself that day, because I did not have the answers to the questions.

I know that you are facing the questions that were once made me. Thousands of questions like where you will work, how much money will be paid, where you live, when you get married, when you take children. You just have some time to delay the first forward button of life. But I would like you to do another work before that, that is to press the stop button. From my today's talk I want you to learn one thing, that is the power to stop. Staying busy in your career, breathe, talk to yourself, look around yourself, feel the moment. When everyone rushes around like a madman, I will tell you boldly to do the opposite work.

Criticism and not being misled, your job is to understand the attitude of the people and be sympathetic. Apart from denying and frustration, you will praise and encourage people's good deeds. Not the path of evil and corruption, you will choose the path of honesty and transparency. Your work will be the voice of deprived people. Spread the world around you, you know the unknown. Show us your talent. Do something that was once impossible. You can do all this while you learn to stop and hear.

I've worked in many ways in the media. TV channels, newspapers, blogs, self-written books, websites, magazines, lectures-in many ways I am associated with this medium. If someone asked me, how was it possible? The answer will be very simple, I work hard. If you want to achieve success, you also have to do the same. You have to do a lot of work. But do not forget to take a break in the job, when you stop contact with the outside and contact yourself. What are you important to yourself, you love yourself-stop these questions yourself. This way you will love your work and make sense to yourself. I would like to remind you of the famous saying of Edmund Hillary, "We do not win high mountains until we win, we win ourselves."

Do not do any work with your own emotions or arrogance. Stop and learn to hold yourself. There is no power greater than communication in the present world. I say to the women, you discover both of your hardness and tenderness. Both of you are essential for the world. Men want to say, take care of your tender feelings and cover it with your own strength. The great men do so.

You will face many changes in life. I pray for you, so that you can go boldly in the path of change. So that you can keep your thoughts free, you can keep the Hoodhati open. I hope you win your fears. Can manage their work beyond judgment, judgment and expectation of others. You will live in your dreams and write your own stories. Then boldly tell your world about your stories, so that people can know about you, learn from you and make changes in their lives.

To be honest, today I am very thankful to be able to speak here. I am grateful for my life, that life has brought me to this level. I am grateful to the experiences that helped me become a successful communication worker. I express my gratitude to all.
