Big snow in the UK / 英国大雪

In the past several days, the UK suffered a big snow as well as storm Emma. This is the heaviest snow I have ever seen in the UK. More interestingly, there was thunder and lightening during snow which I never experenced before. It was happy time for kids, as schools were closed and they could play with lots of snow! This snow reminds me the winter time of my home town in the northern part of China which usually had several heavy snows every winter.

过去几天英国下了几场大暴雪，在英国待了这么久我从来没遇到过这么大的雪，不由得让我怀念起了在国内北方银装素裹的雪景。比较神奇的是暴雪的时候居然有闪电和打雷，可惜没来得及录下来。下雪的时候小朋友很开心，不用去上学还可以堆雪人。
