While applying a more positive yes-attitude might definitely help, there might also be people who struggle to get time to do what they really want because they are too inclined to say yes to everything, even though they know deep down that it's not sustainable and they might end up making both themselves and others miserable. As with most things, a compromise between the yes-attitude and some common sense might very well be the ideal, well, compromise;)
