Winter Can Be Fun Too
We always trying to get the most from our time we have at our disposal. It's not always an easy task, especially in the winter time. But if you put on some extra clothes you can always find something interesting to do.
We went out the other evening. Unexpected. It was cold even in the car and I was kind of asking myself if this is a bad idea.
Yes, I got some bruises, but I'm still in one piece. It was an interesting experience.
And here are some shots from our evening adventure.
We visited Hawrelak Park in Edmonton to see the ice castle they had built. You can see it in the background.
But then we came to an idea to go skating. It's a normal thing for Canadians. I'm not sure if they are not born with skates on their feet. I wasn't so sure anymore when the lady at the skate rental want my driving license.
Probably you think that now you'll see some photos of me on the frozen lake. You better go to YouTube and search for,, Best Ice Fails Compilation'' and have some fun.
A sneak peek of the ice castle. The post about it is in a making.
And how not to take a photo with an old camera from the moving car.
Winter is back. We got 15cm of fresh snow during the night and it still snowing.
Stay safe and warm, my friends.
I adore the winter, this time of magic and beauty.
In Russia, a lot of snow falls, and you can just sculpt snowballs and run through the snow.

We are lucky so far in Penticton. It looks like spring right now and I hope it will stay like that.
