It's a phase. We are still mostly out of stock foe masks and sanitizer but the supermarket are well stock when few weeks back people were grabbing things from instant noodles to rice to toilet paper.
Thing about toilet paper from what i heard is due to same raw material for making masks. Many events are cancelled but many things still go on. Like see the food centre i just passed at 1.15pm
One of the China steemit user told me they are not allowed to go out without wearing a mask. If you are not wearing one, you won't be served. Food place not allowing dine in now and you have to get your food to go. I am not sure if it's just her city or more.
