Spring Chives from Mom's Garden

Sometimes it's fun to find an old photo that had been forgotten. That's what happened a few days ago when I was trying to find a photo for my mother of her flower garden she had a few years back.

I remember taking a photo of a bunch of chives that had come up in an old flower pot mom had left out over the winter. She didn't remember ever having had chives in her flowerbeds, so she had no idea how they got there. Sometimes the unplanned things that sprout in the garden turn out to be some of the most appealing.
