In der deutschen Hauptstadt gibt es noch einige Grünflächen und Parks. Um auch diese ungenutzten Flächen besser monetär zu nutzen, wurde der Begriff Randbebauung eingeführt. Dies führt dazu, dass Ränder von Parks nun mit Wohn- und Bürogebäuden bebaut werden. Die Ränder der Parks weichen zurück. Und in einigen Jahren werden auch diese Ränder bebaut, bis schließlich keine grünen Stadtlungen mehr übrig bleiben.
Im Berliner Zentrum befindet sich der Park am Gleisdreieck, der von Bahnlinien flankiert wird (siehe Fotos unten). Hier wird die Randbebauung bereits exerziert. Neben einem Kinderspielplatz und einem Neubaukomplex befindet sich das oben dargestellte Toilettenhaus.

As a result, the edges of parks are now being developed with residential and office buildings. The edges of the parks are receding. And in a few years these edges will also be built on, until finally there will be no green city lungs left.
In the centre of Berlin, the park is located at the Gleisdreieck, which is flanked by railway lines (see photos below). Here, the peripheral buildings are already being excavated. Next to a children's playground and a new building complex is the toilet house shown above.
