Caribbean Blue - Cancun, Mexico - Original photo

During one of the cold winter months, I took a trip down to Cancun, Mexico to get a little sunshine. This was my first ever trip to any place tropical, so I was completely amazed about everything. Going from snow and negative degree windchill, to warm, sunny paradise in the 80's was a welcome treat. The colors everywhere were beautiful, from the brightly painted buildings, to the green palms, to the turquoise blue waters, it was heaven. Being able to walk along the white sand beach barefoot, taking pictures of scenery that was completely foreign to me, was so relaxing :)
