A Day spent in the Mountains of Oman
It was a perfect weekend, while the temperatures in the city are soaring to almost 50 degrees, this weekend getaway seemed like heaven. At the top of the mountains the temperature was around 25 degrees and the icing on the cake was the rains which is a scarcity in this country. It was a wonderful weekend spent with my husband and some friends. At the top of the mountain was a small resort and they had pods right at the edge of the cliffs giving a spectacular view of the villages down the mountains. The resort had nothing much except for a good view and the swimming pool and ofcourse the good climate, but that's what you need for a relaxed weekend....
Our drive through the mountains was rugged and adventurous. The road was rough but good fun.
I could not get the sunset but this was just after the sunset.
The pool at the edge gave a perfect view, but it was very windy so I did not explore the pool. Water was chilling and I had no guts to get in there.
You see those small pods right at the end, they had balcony overlooking the valley. A perfect way to wrap up the weekend.

I have to accept that these scenes are just Spectacular and in my opinion no better idea to get the pure relaxation and from this height all the mountains and grounded scenes can be explored beautifully and also these kind of places hold the healing essence for sure.
And first picture holds an great effect and that is, if we see carefully watch then we can see the mountains with different layers means, every mountain have different essence and appearance and this inturn reflecting as these mountains are wearing natural decorative clothes.
It truly reflecting as world of mountains and wherever we are watching we can see the family or set of mountains which inspiring us to explore these places and, mountains always holds the secrets of nature.
These pictures are really appreciable and you've took us for an tour through this post and we explored really beautiful place.

I had no idea that such a beautiful place can be in Oman because I had read that Oman is a hot desert. But your post has changed my perception. Definitely, nature has bestowed every place with beauty and good weather. Upvote from me.
