Breakfast to support daily activities !
One of the benefits of breakfast is as a source of energy. Just like a car, we also need fuel to restore energy after a long night's sleep and cause the stomach to be empty. This is the reason why breakfast is so important in starting our daily activities. Today I will share my breakfast photos to all my steemit friends. For all steemit friends, do not forget to have breakfast before starting daily activities.
Breakfast is very useful for ourselves and among the benefits such as :
- More focus.
Breakfast habits can also make us more focused and productive in doing something in the job. If we dont have breakfast, the likelihood of our thinking can decrease.
- Providing nutrients the body needs.
If we dont have breakfast, it will make our daily needs for vitamins and nutrients difficult to fulfill, it will make our body feels weak and not focused on doing something.
- Improves mood.
In order for our mood to stay awake, get used to start daily activities with breakfast, for better mood and stress in the morning can be resolved.
Those are some of the benefits of breakfast. Although it looks trivial, if we dont do so many negative effects will be caused. Hopefully what I share today can be useful and remind steemit friends of all the importance of trivial things like breakfast.

Thanks for the reminder...actually, i never knew breakfast has these benefits. Sometimes, i skip it when i have something important to do.
