Cellphone Photography #029: Saccharum Spontaneum, we call them "Kash Ful"

Good Day Everyone!

Couple of days ago we went to find some lunch in the afternoon and had a great one. After lunch we enjoined a tea break (popular tea made by natural cow milk), really good drinks!

The amazing thing happened while we were about to leave! The amazing place is near to the place we went so, we had to stop for half and hour.

We would have stayed more but the Sun was about to set! So captured few quick pictures and would love to share them here!

The amazing Saccharum Spontaneum grass has beautiful flowers on the top and people become romantic around it. You can't take your eyes away if you watch the flowers swinging due to gentle breezes.

I do visit these gress area each year as I love them and they grow at different places. Hopefully I'll visit another one this Saturday as well.

This is Perennial type grass and grow upto three meters. The roots are spreading rhizomatous which are native to the Bangladesh and other subcontinent around. These grass grows better in the sand kind soil.

We could see them ofter by the side of River or Canal and the season is just after rain and before winter! Hope you enjoyed it.
