Cellphone Photography #024: Dragonflies- Most Successful Predator In Animal Kingdom, Part III
I love to Capture little objects but facing difficulties due to focusing problem. If the object is too small or the lights not coming from the right direction then my cell phone do nothing but blur the object! Another problem is the moving object like Butterfly or Dragonfly both of them move frequently although, I found Dragonflies is easy compare to Butterflies.
Each time I capture them I feel happy as they looks really stunning while I watch them at the big screen. The details are amazing and my phone is supportive here. If it Capture a good one, the one become really good!
I have captured thses during shooting the video below, hope you'll enjoy this.
For neuroscientist Anthony Leonardo, it’s the dragonfly brain that holds the secret to this remarkable success rate. “The brain uses a highly optimised hunting strategy that allows the dragonfly to predict where the prey is going and the appropriate muscle commands to intercept it,” he explains.
