Spicy shellfish / Sambal kerang pedas

Well ,, on this morning I will post about the ceremony to make a spicy shellfish sauce I made this morning. Hehehe must be a spicy sukak friend.
First I split the spice seasoning that needs to be used digunaka is.
500 gr shell discard shell wash in running water up to 3x drain
Ground spices
10 pcs red curly chili
10 pcs chilli japlak (large cayenne pepper orange fresh)
6 cloves of garlic
8 cloves of red onion
2 pcs of tomatoes
2lbr bay leaves
1 btg lemongrass geprek
1/2 btr of lime
Salt sugar to taste
Brush the shell with lemon juice, drain it
Sauté fine spices, lemongrass and bay leaves until fragrant, give a little water stirring to enter cooking shells until the spices soak
Input salt sugar, flavor correction
Turn it off, lift it up.

Selamat pagi sahabat steemians. Apa kabar kalian semua? Semua selalu dalam lindungan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
Baiklah,,pada pagi ini saya akan memposting tentang bacara membuat sambal kerang pedas yang saya buat pagi ini. Hehehe pasti sahabat sukak yang pedas pedas.
Terlebih dahulu saya membagi kan bumbu bumbu halus yang perlu digunaka adalah.
500 gr kerang buang tempurung cuci bersih di air mengalir sampai 3x tiriskan
Bumbu halus
10 bh cabai merah keriting
10 bh cabai japlak (cabe rawit ukurannya besar yg berwarna orange segar)
6 siung bawang putih
8 siung bawang merah
2 bh tomat
2lbr daun salam
1 btg serai geprek
1/2 btr jeruk nipis
Gula garam sesuai selera
Lumuri kerang dg air perasan jeruk nipis rebus, tiriskan
Tumis bumbu halus, serai dan daun salam hingga harum, beri sedikit air aduk aduk masukkan kerang masak hingga bumbu meresap
Masukan gula garam, koreksi rasa
Matikan, angkat sajikan.
