How to make:
- Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla paste until it expands once.
- Pour the egg whites, continue to shake, then put the flour and baking powder that has been sifted, shake with low speed until blended.
- Polish baking tongue cat with butter and syrup dough form the finger straight.
- Roast with 150 ° C heat for ± 20 minutes.
- Enter in an airtight container when it is room temperature, to keep it crisp.

Baiklah,,pada malam ini saya akan memposting tentang bacara membuat kueh ledah kucing klasik yang saya buat sore ini. Hehehe
Terlebih dahulu saya membagi kan bahan - bahannya yang perlu digunaka adalah.
Bahan:
250 gr Butter
️175 gr Gula halus
️75 cc Putih telur
️250 gr Tepung terigu protein sedang
1 sdm Vanilla pasta
¼ gr Baking powder
½ sdt Emplex (perenyah kue kering, optional) ~ saya gak pakai
Adapun proses pembuatannya sangat mudah yaitu:
Cara buat:
- Kocok mentega, gula, dan vanilla pasta hingga mengembang sekali.
- Tuang putih telur, lanjutkan mengocok, lalu masukkan tepung terigu dan baking powder yang sudah diayak, kocok dengan speed rendah hingga rata.
- Poles loyang lidah kucing dengan mentega lalu spuit adonan bentuk jari lurus-lurus.
- Panggang dengan panas api 150°C selama ± 20 menit.
- Masukkan dalam wadah kedap udara saat sudah suhu ruang, supaya tetap renyah.
