In the last post we learned something about the nutritional value of the raw banana.

I would like to share some more information in this post.

  • The raw banana is very beneficial for the body to cook.
  • Banana is a beneficial result for headache patients.
  • There is no alternative to filling blood vacuum.
  • It contains lots of sugar.
  • Fat does not let the body accumulate and slim the body

banana is very good for health.it contain maximum value of magnesium,iron,phosphorus is very good health. it is good to steam and eat raw banana is very testy too.
