What Goes Up...
Taken in Bristol, TN/VA at a music festival. Bristol is a divided town which straddles the state line. The festival extends down Main St, where the state line courses straight down the yellow line, dividing Bristol, Virginia from Bristol, Tennessee. This picture was shot on the Virginia side, watching a Tennessee crowd entertained by a Virginia juggler.
