Tasty Burfi is made by setting it into a solid form. Although it looks small, it requires several ingredients to prepare. It is best stored in the refrigerator because it sets quickly and stays fresh. If kept outside during hot weather, it may not hold its texture well. However, in colder weather, it is better to keep it outside, as storing it in the fridge might make people less interested in eating it.
I went to the market to eat something and visited a shop to get a cold treat since it was a chilly day. However, the shop was not cold inside. That’s when we noticed this Burfi.

We asked the shopkeeper about it, and he told us it was fresh, delivered just the day before. We decided to buy some, and he took out two packs for us.
Although Burfi looks small, it is a delicious and flavorful treat. In short, even though it is a small sweet, it offers a delightful taste experience.
