Buckwheat porridge with chicken legs.

 Hi Steemit !!!
Long  waited for my recipes and now the moment of truth has come, today I  prepared a homemade porridge for buckwheat with meat for you) I really  love the lobster and the meat is a nutritious and healthy dish. The  recipe is very simple and does not require you much time and energy, and  it will be for you a  lesson to which you can pamper your family. When I was a little boy I  was always fed with porridge and said that the porridge is all useful  and growing big and strong) I have been from the moment when I was a kid  and loved porridge!) And now I will give you this simple recipe for  porridge lovers .
Buckwheat  is a plant whose native land is generally considered to be India and  Greece, its caloric content is 313kCal per 100gr. And buckwheat cereal  contains 18 amino acids) That's where the strength! And I'll tell you  that Grechka treats belokrovi.E so let's cook already :)

Ingredients:

 Buckwheat-250gr

 Meat-500gr

 Greenery

 Salt

 Onions and Carrots



Preparation:

I chose the chicken legs, and fry in a pan on low heat, add salt and mix to fully fry the meat). Nyam Nyam





We begin to peel  onions and carrots, rinse under running water and begin to cut small  onions into small cubes and rub the carrots and set aside to wait for  the meat to be fried.



Here we went to  buckwheat too) Take 250 grams of buckwheat and rinse it under running  water to squeeze out and fall asleep in a pot of water and immediately  add salt (but salt should be added very carefully so that it does not  overdo it) and leave it on a slow fire. 250 grams of buckwheat per 1 liter of water.



When the meat  began to be fried in a frying pan, pour the onions and carrots which  were cut and mixed, I immediately added pepper for taste.



You will see  that onions and carrots are fried and immediately pour our frying pan  with meat and onions, carrots with a glass of water and leave that would  boil and stew.



You will see for  yourself when you are ready to cook buckwheat it is always always  stirring, and see if all the water is vykepit means buckwheat is ready.  Turn off the fire and add butter. On this porridge is ready.



Extinguishing  meat for 30 minutes is a slow fire, after which we add salt to taste,  make our greens and put in a pan and leave another 10 minutes of  extinguishing.



And now the moment of our dish!)
