SANGRIA is a drink that originates from Spain. And it was very popular. In 1964, the original SANGRIA was a type of punch whose main ingredient was red wine. and various fruits were mixed in Nowadays, there are many recipes, including red wine, white wine, vodka, or fruit juice mixed with soda. Some recipes use brandy. As for the technique and formula, it depends on the maker. And today I'm going to take everyone to make our homemade SANGRIA and see how it goes.

How to do it

  • Start by washing all types of fruit thoroughly, then take the oranges and separate them, removing only the water. Then put it in a glass jar. Then add cinnamon and cloves for fragrance.

  • Then prepare to cut various fruits. It doesn't have to be very small, just the right amount. Then put the cut fruit into a glass jar with orange juice, followed by red wine.

  • Then I went to pick the mint leaves from the garden. Add fragrance and freshness to SANGRIA

  • Once done, place it in the refrigerator for one night to help the flavors of the fruit blend into the drink. The taste will be very smooth.

The next day, bring it to drink. Some people mix it with soda or spices, but I like it with spices. Because it gives a little sweetness and is delicious. The pulp of the fruit can be eaten separately or mixed with drinks.
