Highlights of Norway!🇮🇸 5 best pictures I've taken and how I edit them with Adobe lightroom!📸🙋🏻
Hi friends, I am going to share with you the 10 best pictures from my trip to Norway and Sweden. What image pops up in your mind when you hear the word "Norway" or "Sweden"? Nature? Minimal design? tasty pastry? or architecture? I edited my pictures with Adobe Lightroom. 📸
Picture 1: This was taken on a hiking trip when we went to soja-a rafting resort. The hike was tough but the scenery is nothing like I've seen before. First, I applied a preset to make the overall image look more contrasty. Then, I adjusted the green colour of this image to make it look more vibrant.
Picture 2: This is a picture of a beautiful wall and unfortunately my friend told me that this building will be repurposed a few days after we visited. To bring out the colour of this peacock, I tuned the saturation so it'd be really dynamic.
Picture 3: This is a picture taken in a cafe called Tim Wendelboe. Tim actually came to my host university and gave us a speech about his success story. Unlike most coffee, Tim carefully select his coffee beans from various sources and only process it with light roasting so we can't taste the burnt flavour. This picture I applied a preset called dark snd foodie. There's actually a lot of free preset online that you can download which act as filters for your pictures.
Picture 4: This is taken in a green house of Oslo and that's my friend Julie taking photos. The original image was quite dark in some parts so I used the Mask tool(the icon that looks like a brush, to the right) to select the part I want to edit and tune the exposure.
Picture 5: The last but not least-foodie picture! I also used dark and foodie preset on this and tuned the contrast and saturation. Once you found the preset that works with your style, it is easy to uniform the style of your pictures.
All in all, editing pictures are totally up to your personal style. I prefer vibrant and contrasting colours and you may not. So, get creative and have fun with your own pictures. If you don't have Adobe Lightroom, I do use Vscocam a lot. The app has similar functions and it's very easy to use. Good luck!
Feel free to leave me questions and comment which one is your favourite!😊
