Amazing Experience Enjoying The Sunrise While Sipping Coffee At Breakfast!

At sunrise, a jet flew towards the sun, you may imagine it as a big ball of fire that exploded... when I saw this , I quickly got my smartphone and made the shot!

SUNRISE AT BREAKFAST

We live up in the mountains in the wine regions of Axarquia, a route taken by mountain hikers that includes many whitewashed pueblos (towns) in Andalucia. Most spanish have their fincas inland where they have the olive trees and grapes, mango as well as avocado plantations. These local farmers produce their own wine and olives harvested are brought to the Cooperative to get them pressed for oil.

There are advantages and disadvantages of living in the hills. You may have the most wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea, the beautiful sunrise and sunsets but you are around a few kilometers to the coast. It may be nice to live up here, but the consequences are when you get a car breakdown, you´ll have to wait for help from your mechanics and it may take time for them to arrive at the area where you are. The main problem in the night is when you have neighbors who leave their dogs to safeguard their properties from intruders...these dogs bark and cry in the night when it´s dark and when they feel lonely.

JET STREAMS

For me, the good part in our area is the opportunity to see the sunrise at breakfast. From where I sit at breakfast sipping my latte, seeing the sun rising up is so amazing because I can see it in split seconds and it´s so fast that the background color, or the shades of the clouds eventually disappear and turn into white. There are also jets flying above towards the direction of the sun or simply just passing on the horizon the moment the sun begins to move up. So, my guess for these jet streams is that the spanish Air Force are doing drills early morning. Cheers!
