The Circle Tour
Here are a few of my favorite photos taken on a 1300 mile drive around Lake Superior. We had my guy, Jim's Audi convertible and he did all the driving and created so many good memories for me to hang onto. He died of cancer this past January, so each of these photos is a treasured memory for me.

The water temperature of the lake was so cold compared to the air temperature that a mist formed on the surface of the lake.
So many wonderful memories.

I've always wanted to try the circle tour so seeing your pictures is really nice.
We live about 90 miles from Duluth and go there and up the Scenic Highway on the north shore quite a few times a year because my husband is a professional nature photographer.

I'm in southern Wisconsin and had been up along the North Shore as far as the border, and to the Wisconsin and Michigan shores lots of times, but doing the whole loop had always been on my list. I was thrilled to finally get to do it. It was worth the wait!
