Vintage Car Show Photos
Last Summer my city closed off Main St. and had a car show. This happens in some form a few times over the warm months, and I took my daughter there to check out all the heavily customized and maintained cars.
It was a beautiful day, and not too hot. Tons of people were there, and a handful of food trucks available for hamburgers, sodas etc. Although the temperature wasn't so bad, I did enjoy a nice cola.
This old firetruck was particularly impressive.
This customized hearse was amusing.
And, we've got our fair share of hippies around here :D
Some impressive detail on this one. Love the doors.
A few of the cars were decorated with dolls, and other sorts of knick-knacks. This gave the presentation a bit more character. People take their cars from show to show, and presumably get to know each other.
And finally, check out this Lime Green Beauty :D
It makes me happy to look over these images now that North America is in the grip of winter. Really looking forward to the warm days to come back.
Anyhow, which car did you enjoy the most?
