Thanks man! I went to the doctor for clearance and he said the feet is good to go and advised me to stretch before I skate.
I always stretch before skating. If I strech for 10 minutes before skating, I don;t have to skate half an hour to get warmed up. It's a win-win bro.

Yeah. I used to do that also then I stopped. I even have a routine and select stretching from head to toe. Then I got lazy and stopped. I stopped just this year, and look what happened. Haha.
