Monastery in Apollonia, Albania

Two days ago I write from the ancient city and the abandoning of the city. But it's not completely abandoned.
In the 9th century, the monastery of Shën Meri was founded in the ruins of the city. In the 14th century, the existing until today monastery church was built. In the walls of the monastery are today the archaeological excavations recovered ancient finds.
To get on the area you have to pay 400 Lekë and it's included the museum. On the area are also two bars/restaurants. And don't serve Ice to the drinks! After melting the water was not clear. So I think it was not good water for the Ice.
