Valentines Day, a significant celebration of romance and romantic love in many regions around the world. According to Wikipedia, it is also called Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine celebrated annually on February 14.
This year, went some place not too crowded, away from the busy streets of the city. Opened just last August 2017, "Top of Cebu" is the newest mountain-top restaurant in Busay, Cebu that offers delicious and affordable dishes. While dining, you can get a clear view of the city while enjoying the foggy weather. It was a great first time experience! We will definitely be back!
