Vegan citytrip Ghent (Belgium)

The last 2 days we spend in Ghent, Belgium. In our little country it's the best city to visit as a vegan! They have many good vegan restaurants so it was time to check out some of them!

Mie Vie

We had breakfast at "Mie Vie" which is located in a very small alleyway "Serpentstraat". Very cosy! We had some delicious croissants, coffee cake, chocolate roll & chocolate pistolets. The owners are very friendly people.

Lunch @ V-Box located at Binnenplein, Dok Noord. They have their small restaurant inside 2 old containers.

We both had the savory waffle filled with gyros, potato slices, cheese, mushrooms, grilled onion and bbq sauce. It was one of the best thing we ever had!

Dinner we had at www.lebotaniste.be which we knew from their restaurant in... New York last year!
It's located in an old pharmacy, very cosy! Their food is 100% Botanical, vegan and 99% Organic & Gluten Free.

We had the Vegan Sushi roll ( Rice roll, kohlrabi, lettuce, tofu sprouts, pickled ginger and wasabi) a salad and the Chili Sin Carne bowl (Chili served with brown rice and quinoa,mixed beans, turmeric onions and sour cream)
