Abandoned bridge over a stream.
Often, when a new bridge is made, the old bridge is left in place. So you can find abandoned bridges that are within sight of the bridge that replaced it. They can be easy to get to because there can be a road leading right up to them.
The road ends, but continues. This used to be a through road but now it is only accessible to bikes and people on foot.
Here's the first view of the bridge through the trees. A large tree has fallen across the road and been cut back so only some of it is on the road.
Lots of brush and small trees have taken root along the sides of the bridge, but there is enough of the road free to bike across it without trouble.
