If the believing people marry, the ceremony of marriage is also accompanied by religious rituals, for example, in Christianity - by a wedding.

Wedding Traditions

To the wedding traditions can be attributed various rites, beliefs, as well as garments of the groom, the bride and guests. In some countries, the wedding is necessarily preceded by an engagement, for example, in France, although the celebration is simplified. Robes - this is a very important attribute of the wedding, many peoples, in a special dress not only the bride, but also the groom. Some weddings are held in national clothes, others in the so-called European attire (habitual for us, white dress and costume). In some regions of Spain, the bride wears black. And the bride and groom in Japan change their attire several times for the wedding, and each outfit is associated with a certain ceremony. In addition, at a Japanese wedding, each guest receives a memorable gift, at the conclusion of the wedding. In the Russian wedding, it is customary to greet the bride and groom, or rather husband and wife, bread and salt, which their parents bring to the young, and husband and wife, feed each other. Initially, it was a ritual of the meeting of the newlyweds by the groom's parents in their home, after all, after the wedding they were supposed to live in the groom's family. In many nations, rituals overlap, for example, bride price, her theft, throwing a bouquet and sharing a cake together. This happened due to a mixture of traditions of different peoples. In addition to the fact that the wedding celebration begins after the official part, there are various "round" wedding anniversaries, which can be celebrated every year. For example, you can please your parents with a beryl wedding. Do not know what a beryl wedding is? This is the date when the couple has been together for 23 years. It is a pity that most people celebrate only anniversaries of weddings. If we talk about different dates of weddings, then many are not interested in the dates that are constantly on hearing: a porcelain, silver, pearl wedding. And the most rarely mentioned dates, for example, what is a Krypton wedding? This wedding says that the couple has been together for 19 years, and next year will celebrate a round date (porcelain wedding), in addition, there is another name for this wedding - hyacinth.
