ARROZ FRITO CON CARNE DE RES
INGREDIENTES:
- 2 TAZA DE ARROZ COCIDO DE UN DÍA PARA OTRO
- 1/2 PIMENTÓN CORTADO EN JULIANA
- 1/4 DE CEBOLLA CORTADA EN BRUNOISE
- 2 DIENTES DE AJO
- 300 GR DE BISTEC DE RES CORTADO EN TIRAS
- SALSA DE SOJA
- SAL
- CARMENCITA
- ACEITE
PREPARACIÓN:
- Agregamos el aceite en un caldero y una vez caliente le agregamos la carne de res en tiras, luego agregamos los aliños y un toque de salsa de soja una vez que los aliños estén cocidos incorporamos el arroz y la carmencita moviendolo de forma envolvente hasta que tome un color amarillento,luego le ponemos un poco mas de salsa de soja y tenemos un delicioso arroz frito con carne de res y muy fácil y rápido de hacer.
