Photoblog #7 || Monastiraki neighborhood at night
Monastiraki, in Greek: Μοναστηράκι, literally it means little monastery is a nice neighborhood in the old Athens. The lively Monastiraki is popular for its iconic attractions such as the ruins of the Hadrian's Library, the ancient Agora, and the reconstructed Estoa of Atalo, which has a museum where Athenian objects are exhibited.
The Monastiraki has a Flea Market also, and it's a set of stores where you can find handmade soaps, handmade sandals, and various souvenir to remember your trip. The adjacent streets are full of taverns and traditional restaurants, and many with views of the Acropolis.
