Chloestrol is fatty substance that is essential for many functions of body but can also be dangerous at sometimes..
Cholestrol is type of lipids and lipid is the versatile group of organic compound.
NORMAL LEVEL :
The normal body cholestrol level is "200milligram per decilitre (mg/dL)" is considered desirable for adults .
The cholestrol level of "239 mg/dL" is considered as borderline for normal and high chlestrol level.
If the reading is" 240mg/dL " will be considered high cholestrol level.
TYPES OF CHOLESTROL:
There are different types of cholestrol and all these are essencial for different body functions .
Here i want to tell you the two common cholestrol molecules which carry cholestrol from one place to another place of the body and these are:
HDL (HIGH DENSITY CHOLESTROL);also know as GOOD ♡cholestrol ..
LDL (LOW DENSITY CHOLESTROL); also known as BAD cholestrol ..
I will discuss in detail about these and other types of cholestrol , their consiquencies , properties ,importance and harmness in my next posts (INSHALLAH).
HAZARDS OF CHOLESTROL:
When cholestrol enters our body in different foods , so these cholestrol stuck in blood vessels and due to which these blood vessels become narrowed and in a result our body becomes victim of high blood pressure( BP)and other HEART PROBLEMS ..
HIGH CHOLESTROL FOOD:
There are too many food which have high cholestrol like;
BEEF BRAIN ,
CHICKEN ,
CHEESEY BURGERS ,
CHICKEN LIVER ,
EGG YOCK etc..
These food should be avoided in our daily life ..
LOW CHOLESTROL FOOD:
Food that lowers our cholestrol level are ;
LEMON ,
GINGER ,
GARLIC ,
SUNFLOWER SEEDS ,
YOGURT,
WHITE BEANS etc..
So these are the foods which cutdown our body fats ,so we should use impotant item in our daily life...
