New one and i think taller is being build on 111 57th street...they call it "pencil" only 60'x60' footprint. Its crazy what they can build nowadays

It's so tall that it can be seen at almost every corner of NYC
that's the intention of getting taller and taller. fight for attention. but pity those who stayed the highest. Though having the greatest view, also with greater risk.
